Overview Pelotonx is committed to providing a secure, transparent, and straightforward payment experience. This policy sets out the payment methods we accept, how your payment is processed, and what to expect at every stage of your transaction.

All payment methods listed above are available at checkout without additional surcharges. We do not charge handling fees or payment processing fees of any kind.

Currency All transactions on pelotonx.store are processed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). The price displayed on the product page and at checkout is the final price you pay. No currency conversion is applied on our end. If your card or payment account is held in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply their own conversion rate and fees β€” this is outside our control and we recommend checking with your provider before placing your order.

When payment is taken Payment is collected in full at the time your order is placed and confirmed. We do not operate a pre-authorisation or pay-on-dispatch model. By completing checkout you authorise Pelotonx to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method.

Payment security All payments made on pelotonx.store are processed through secure, encrypted payment infrastructure. Our store operates on Shopify, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 β€” the highest level of payment security certification available in the industry. We do not store, access, or retain your full card details at any point during or after your transaction. All sensitive payment data is handled entirely by our payment processors.

PayPal If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal platform to complete your transaction. PayPal's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to payments made through their platform. Once your PayPal payment is confirmed, you will be returned to our store and your order will be processed.

Apple Pay Apple Pay is available to customers using Safari on iPhone, iPad, or Mac devices with a supported card added to their Apple Wallet. Payment is authenticated using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. Apple Pay transactions are processed through Shopify Payments.

Google Pay Google Pay is available to customers using Chrome or a supported Android device with a card saved to their Google account. Google Pay transactions are processed through Shopify Payments.

Shop Pay Shop Pay is Shopify's accelerated checkout option. It allows you to save your payment and delivery details for faster checkout on future orders. Shop Pay may offer an installment payment option at checkout depending on your eligibility β€” any installment arrangement is governed by Shop Pay's own terms and conditions, which are separate from this policy.

Order confirmation Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email serves as your receipt and proof of purchase. Please retain it for your records as it will be required for any returns, warranty claims, or support enquiries.

Failed payments If your payment is declined, your order will not be placed and no charge will be applied to your account. Common reasons for payment failure include insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or your bank declining the transaction for security reasons. If your payment fails, please verify your details and try again, or select an alternative payment method. If the issue persists, contact your bank or payment provider directly.

Fraud prevention We reserve the right to cancel any order that triggers our fraud detection systems or where we are unable to verify payment authorisation. In such cases, any payment collected will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 business days. We may contact you to verify your identity or payment details before processing an order if required.

Chargebacks If you have a concern about a charge from Pelotonx, we strongly encourage you to contact us at support@pelotonx.store before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We will work promptly to resolve any legitimate payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks on orders that have been correctly fulfilled may be contested with full evidence of the transaction and delivery.

Changes to this policy We may update this payment policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Any changes apply to orders placed after the revision date.
