Overview We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we accept returns on both defective and non-defective items within the conditions set out below.

Eligibility We accept returns for both faulty and non-faulty items. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In its original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included
  • Not damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidental damage after delivery

Non-returnable items The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, mounting, or installation
  • Items returned without original packaging or with missing parts
  • Consumable accessories such as batteries or single-use components

Product condition We sell new products only. All items are dispatched in their original manufacturer packaging in brand new condition.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original following the process below and place a new order separately.

How to initiate a return To start a return, email us at support@pelotonx.store with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

We will review your request and respond within 24 business hours with confirmation and further instructions.

Return shipping Returns are made by mail. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit back to us. Return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or incorrect items If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pelotonx.store with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us and a full refund or replacement will be arranged at no cost to you.

Refund processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit the amount to your account, as this varies by institution.

Your consumer rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You retain the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.
