Shipping policy

Shipping destination We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping cost Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required. No additional charges are applied at checkout.

Order cut-off time Orders placed before 9:00 AM GMT (Monday to Friday) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM GMT, or on weekends and public holidays, begin processing on the next available business day.

Handling time Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we prepare and dispatch your order within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Transit time Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Our carriers operate Monday to Saturday.

Estimated total delivery time All UK destinations: 4 to 7 business days from the date of order placement. Orders placed before the 9:00 AM cut-off will be processed the same day and typically arrive at the earlier end of this window. Orders placed after cut-off or during weekends will arrive at the later end.

Public holidays If your estimated delivery falls on a UK public holiday, your order will be delivered on the next available business day. Delivery estimates are automatically adjusted for public holidays.

Order tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery in real time through our order tracking page.

Delivery address We deliver to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

Delays While we make every effort to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, extreme weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of placement, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
