6.3 Order cancellation by us We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, payment verification failure, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days and you will be notified by email.
6.4 Order amendments Once an order has been placed, amendments may not be possible if the order has already entered processing. Contact us immediately at support@pelotonx.store if you need to make a change and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.
7. Payment
Payment is collected in full at the time your order is placed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
All payments are processed through secure, PCI DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure provided by Shopify. We do not store, access, or retain your full card details at any point.

8. Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Shipping is free on all orders with no minimum spend required.
Orders placed before 9:00 AM GMT Monday to Friday are processed the same business day. The estimated total delivery window is 4 to 7 business days from the date of order placement.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from delays outside our reasonable control.
